PLEASE FIX

Dear Mojang/Microsoft,

I had bought lots of textures and skin packs and now they are gone like I didnt even buy them. Also every time I play i play for 5 minutes and then it crashes. Please fix I am tired of having to restart my game every time I play. Other than that it is a good game.
