Love the game, but.....

So I have played this game for four years now, and I think it is the best game EVER. But ever since the 1.12 update, I will log into my world, take a few steps, and 9/10 times, BAM! I am suddenly staring at a black screen and thinking to my self, are you kidding me? This used to be a fun game to play all the time, but now I cant even play for more than 30 seconds! In short, I am a long time player who loves minecraft more than any other game because of the endless possibilities and options. But please, Mojang, if you see my comment; take it into consideration and do your best to try and fix it! It anoys me alot and it prevents me from being able to play. I know you work hard and already have alot of work to do, but Id really appreciate it. Thank you, and sorry for the long post. Sincerely, Anna.
