FIX THIS PLEASE

So Im playing Minecraft on my worlds and all of a sudden it logs me out and I loose what I just built or got and THIS REALLY BUGS ME,I LOVE MINECRAFT AND ALL BUT THIS NOT AT ALL PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEE FIX THIS
