Lost Money - No Reply

I have loved Minecraft ever since I first played it. BUT DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS APP! I tried to purchase a new realm. The purchase went through and my card was charged. But when I try to create the realm, I consistently get an error message telling me that something went wrong and the realm cannot be created. So I tried to renew a different realm that had expired and the same thing happened. My card was charged but my realm still doesnt work. It has been a week since my $16 purchase and I havent heard back from customer service although I have contacted them twice.

That totals to $4 of money they have stolen from me since they do nothing to fix this. Every day they do not reply to my problem is around another $0.50 down the drain.

Thanks guys, for stealing my money and ignoring my emails.
