I love it but about the redstone mansion purchase

First of all I love the game but one thing it wont let me buy it for the redstone mansion is testing my patience IT SAID IT WONT TAKE LONG IT TOOK AND 1 HOUR FIX THAT NOW! IM Getting so mad!
