Major problems. PLEASE fix.

A few days ago I went into the store and bought coins tier 6 and the next day, my wifi was broken. My wifi didnt work, and I had to reset my IPad to factory default. I lost the coins tier six. I dont know what happened to it, but if it had something to do with the purchase, then please fix.
