The Best Update since Beta 1.0

I love the new minor update and I love the Major Update 1.0 I love everything about Minecraft Pocket Edition now I have music weather horses dogs and commands! It be nice if you added "Gamemode Command" or what was it called? "Game rule?" Well its a command that can stop Time and put in survival and creative and dont know much about commands or what else they can do but anyways it will be useful so I can stop the time at sunset/dusk so its all Twilight Skies and Colored Yellow Orange and Pink and stars
If that was added in I would only use these commands Weather and GameMode to have my time stop at Sunset Time and have the weather changed to thunderstorms more often or rain often! But for now I use Weather most of the time since its the only command I know how to use but not sure how to set it to infinite time for rain or something…
